Isaiah 40:3 A voice cries out,
“In the wilderness clear a way for the Lord;
construct in the desert a road for our God."
Isaiah 26:7 The way of the righteous is level,
the path of the righteous that you make is straight.
Isaiah 43:19 “Look, I am about to do something new.
Now it begins to happen! Do you not recognize it?
Yes, I will make a road in the desert
and paths in the wilderness."
This is a picture taken on the road from Nata to Maun. This picture will look familiar if you're a reader of our newsletter—it looks a lot like our logo. Interesting to us that we designed the logo years before Botswana ever came into the picture as an assignment option. And here we are, assigned to Botswana. Even after joining LBT, even after moving to Botswana, we still didn't see God's plans for us in Botswana coming.
When was the last time you looked up in the middle of the desert, suddenly and gratefully noticed a clear path and knew that God had paved the way for you?
